Meet Joud Siam

PURPOSE

Meet Joud Siam… a senior Digital Communication and Media Production student at the University of Doha for Science & Technology, aspiring producer, student assistant, and creative storyteller.

Born in Palestine and raised between Qatar and the United States, Joud's journey has been shaped by adaptability, curiosity, and a desire to learn!

For Joud, growth has never come from waiting for opportunities… it comes from saying yes to them.

Her willingness to show up, learn, and contribute opened doors to professional opportunities.

Since then, Joud has spent countless hours developing her skills…

From teaching herself editing and production to mastering podcast equipment, studio operations, audio mixers, and cameras, she has continuously pushed herself beyond her comfort zone.

IMPACT

• Dean's List recognition
• Lead Student Assistant at UDST's Podcast Studio
• More than two years of experience supporting productions, events, and media operations
• A growing portfolio of professional event and wedding productions

LOOKING AHEAD

Joud hopes to continue building her experience within the production industry, work at a production house, and eventually produce films of her own.

Her long-term goal is simple:

To build a reputation as someone people can depend on… whether for creative projects, professional collaborations, or simply getting the job done.

Do it scared. Do it even when you're tired. Always, always, always take every opportunity you can.

A reminder that some of the biggest opportunities in life don't begin with confidence.

They begin with raising your hand and saying yes.
